Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States (primary market). Other countries may be available at checkout when rates appear.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

US delivery time: After shipment, standard US delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. Total time from order to door is often about 5–12 business days.

Shipping cost (US): Free standard shipping on qualifying US orders as shown at checkout.

Tracking: You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when the order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier system.

Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses or carrier/customs events outside our control.
