Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States (primary market). Other countries may appear at checkout when rates are available.

Processing time: 1–3 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends/holidays).

US delivery: typically 3–7 business days after shipment. Door-to-door often ~5–12 business days total.

US shipping cost: Free standard shipping on qualifying US orders as shown at checkout.

Tracking: confirmation email + tracking number when the order ships (carrier may take up to 24h to update).

Address: you must provide a complete correct address. Delays from bad addresses, carrier, or customs are outside our control.
